Structo announces distribution partnership with 4Qube Solutions

The Singapore-based startup company Structo has appointed 4Qube—a USA-based distributor of dental computer aided design and computer aided manufacturing (CAD and CAM) solutions—as an authorized distributor of its OrthoForm dental 3D printer in the USA.

Structo has developed two dental 3D printers—namely the OrthoForm and DentaForm—based on its proprietary mask stereolithography (MSLA) technology. The company introduced the first of these, the OrthoForm, last year, and it has already proven a success globally, achieving a foothold in four continents. The main objective of the distribution partnership therefore is to meet growing demand and accelerate growth throughout the USA.

Described as ‘a natural fit’ for Structo, 4Qube Solutions offers a portfolio of products for different stages of the dental CAD and CAM workflow, including 3D scanners, CAD and CAM software, 3D printers and milling systems. Structo anticipates benefiting from 4Qube Solutions’s extensive network of technical staff, which aims to deliver fast response times and high-quality customer service.

As well as the distribution partnership, Structo is investing in a research and development (R&D) facility in Los Angeles, USA. The company expects the facility to allow for closer relations with both its partners and customers.

Dhruv Sahgal, head of business development and sales at Structo, said: ‘With more than 30 years of experience and a team of dedicated technicians, we believe 4Qube Solutions’s expertise and approach are a natural fit for Structo's growth plans in the US. The US market is extremely important for us and we need to invest in the right partners and the right people in order to provide the highest quality support.’

Travis Harrison, president of business development at 4Qube Solutions, further commented: ‘We are extremely excited about this partnership. Structo is a progressive and innovative company on the rise and we're proud to be able to help them pave their way for future growth in the US. The addition of Structo’s products to our portfolio shows our strong commitment to the market by offering quality partnered solutions embedded with the latest technology, all dedicated to the advancement of digital dentistry.’

4Qube Solutions will exhibit the OrthoForm at the 2017 American Association of Orthodontists (AAO) Annual Session, which takes place in San Diego, USA, on April 21-25, 2017.
